Vapour pressure measurements of liquid heavy water in the temperature range between 256 K and 286 K

The thermodynamic properties of heavy water (D2O) are important in industrial applications as well the scientific domain, where understanding isotopic effects aqueous solutions is relevant. In contrast with ordinary (H2O), comparatively few saturation vapour pressure measurement data D2O reported literature temperature range its supercooled state and often provided a poor or even unknown uncertainty estimate. this work accurate measurements – liquid equilibrium along line over from 256 K to 286 performed, encompassing relatively wide (256 K–277 K).
